Baked potatoes in 25 mins:

Pressure cook whole potatoes for 15 mins. Place in preheated oven at 375 for 10 mins to dry the skins.

Never tried cooking just potatoes this way. I like this though.

Basic stew:

If you have time, brown the meat and saute the onions and garlic. Throw stew meat, chopped onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, quartered potatoes, red wine, water, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, sage, salt, and pepper into crock pot. Turn on crock pot and go to work. Come home with fresh bread and add a spoonful of molasses to the pot. Have a drink. Eat dinner.

This works great! However, it only works well with medium-sized potatoes. Large potatoes don't cook through and small potatoes get mushy. I put beef broth in the pressure cooker and rubbed salt on the skins. The potatoes were very a-peeling!

Baked Potato in the Crock Pot

Wrap as many baking potatoes as you need in foil, individually. Place them in crock pot. Do not add water. Turn on low. Let cook all day. Great baked potatoes!!!
