Baked: Tired of plain old potatoes?

6 baking potatoes
1 cup hot milk
2 T butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 T grated onion

Bake potatoes until done. Cut slice from baked potatoes and scoop our insides. Mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Pile into shells. With spoon hollow out well in center of potato. Fill with creamed tuna and return to oven to brown.

Creamed Tuna

2 T butter or margarine
2 T flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup tuna, flaked

Melt butter or margarine, and add flour. Blend. Gradually add milk. Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add salt and flaked tuna. Heat through.

You had me there until the tuna, then you lost me completely. I like baked potatoes; I like tuna, not creamed, not together.
