I recently bought a new kind of potato. They are called French Fingerling Potatoes, They have a pinkish skin, are short and stubby, the insides are a golden yellow, with a few pinkish streaks. I put them into a lamb stew I was making.Boy, they were tasty, will buy more of them. Have also eaten the buttery Yukon Gold spuds, but haven't tried any of the othere. Any reccommendations?

If you can find Yellow Fins, they are worth it-they have a wonderful buttery taste.
