Hi to the Australian contingent. I'm looking for the name of a potato variety grown and sold retail in Australia that's good for frying.

The potatoes that Simplot supply to Macca's over here for chips, are mainly "Russets" however they do also supply "Bismarck's" as well.

I would recommend Bintjes - they readily available and relatively cheap.
