Subject: Help with Houlihan's cheesy Mashed Potatoes!

Hello-

Could someone tell me what some of the Houlihan's restaurants put in their
mashed potatoes? It's the kind that tastes a little cheesy & they top it with
fried onion rings. I would like to make it for company, but I can't tell what
type & how much cheese Houlihan's is using. Sharp or regular cheddar ? ALSO -
do they put garlic powder or onion powder in it ? I really like those potatoes
& I would like mine to be similar.

It seems to have a bit of a "biting" flavor that I like. But it doesn't seem
like they use that much pepper.
